# Toevoegen nieuw (school) jaar

**Let op!** \
Als er sprake is van een koppeling met een deelnemers-administratiesysteem, wordt de structuur automatisch aangemaakt en aangepast door de koppeling. Dan hoef je onderstaande stappen niet uit te voeren.

* Klik op **Ontwikkelen** 
* Klik op **Editor**
* Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de overkoepelende map (*Jaren of Intake Cohorts*), 
* kies **Toevoegen**

* Kies **Cohort type**.
* Geef het cohort een naam, bijvoorbeeld **2022**.&#x20;
* Klik op **OK**
