# Uitnodigingsbrief / sjabloon toevoegen

Werk als **applicatiebeheerder**

* Klik op **Instellingen**
* Open de map **Mailmerge** (Met het kleine pijltje ervoor)
* Klik op **Mailmerge sjablonen**
* Selecteer in de tweede kolom **Sjablonen standaard brieven** (#2)
* Klik (rechts) op de knop **Bestand** (#3)
* Klik op **Bestand kiezen** en selecteer het bestand
* Klik op **Voltooien**

## Goed om te weten

* Bij het overschrijven van een bestaand bestand blijven de originele \<veldverwijzingen> naar de veldnamen behouden.
* Bij het toevoegen van een nieuw bestand of een bestand met extra toegevoegde veldverwijzingen dienen de veldverwijzingen ingesteld te worden.
