# Handmatig deelnemers toevoegen

Het toevoegen van individuele deelnemers doe je via de knop "Deelnemers". 

* Klik op **Deelnemers**
* Klik het juiste jaar en daarin het juiste niveau aan \
  of kies de groep waar de deelnemer in moet komen
* Klik op **Nieuw**
* Vul de volgende gegevens in: \
  \- Voor- en achternaam\
  \- Geboortedatum\
  \- Geslacht\
  \- Deelnemernummer\
  \- E-mailadres (optioneel) \
  \- Crebonummer (optioneel)

Zorg voor unieke deelnemernummers om te voorkomen dat resultaten aan de verkeerde persoon worden toegeschreven. Gebruik bijvoorbeeld de datum en tijd van aanmaak, zoals 202308171235 (jaar-maand-dag-uur-minuut).

Blijft de knop **Nieuw** grijs en niet klikbaar?\
Dan heb je nog geen **Groep** of **Niveau** geselecteerd waar de deelnemer onder moet hangen.&#x20;
