# Ideaalprofiel intro

Om de Talentscan om te zetten in een goed advies of als start van het begeleidingstraject, moet vooraf duidelijk zijn  welk resultaat van de test gewenst is op zowel capaciteiten als persoonlijkheid. Bespreek dit met de ervaringsdeskundigen binnen de opleiding.

Zonder een duidelijk beeld van de gewenste uitkomst, kun je de deelnemer niet het juiste advies geven of op de juiste manier begeleiden. 

Het ideaalprofiel is een goed hulpmiddel om uitgangspunten in vast te leggen. Het Ideaalprofiel dient twee doelen: 

* consensus krijgen binnen het team over de gewenste scores;
* snel kunnen controleren middels de rapportage of een deelnemer aan het gewenste profiel voldoet.

De score wordt ingevuld aan de hand van een ingevulde kaart Ideaal profiel.
